苏州民营经济已经成为苏州"三足鼎立"经济格局的重要组成部分。苏州民营经济发展的法治环境总体是良好的,但还存在法规与地方性配套的举措缺乏、司法救助不受重视、起诉率低、个别执法人员素质较低等问题。苏州民营经济要继续保持健康发展,必须加强依法行政力度,惩治滥用职权行为,贯彻司法为"民",完善"绿色通道",加快配套措施制定,加大政策宣传力度,优化苏州民营经济发展的外部法治环境。

Suzhou private economy has become an important component of the ＂three- pillar＂ economic pattern. Surveys reveal that the overall rule - of - law environment of Suzhou private economy is sound.
