对固网智能化业务实施方案的探讨

Research on the implementation plan of intelligent services with the fixed communication network

随着固网智能化的进行,电信网正逐步实现IP化,正在向一个更加融合开放的业务提供环境方向发展,并成为下一代电信业务网络发展的主流方向。文章针对中国电信的下一代业务网(NGSN)建设,对业务实施方案、快速提供各种增值业务、满足电信运营商业务网络的发展需求进行相关方面的探讨。

With the fixed network intelligence, the telecommunication network gradually becomes web-based. Service Delivery Platform （SDP） is developing to a more integrated and open one-Service Delivery Environment （SDE） which has become the main stream of the development of the next generation telecommunication service network. Aiming at the concept of NGSN, this paper discusses the service implementation plan, the way to provided various value-added services rapidly and the demands to satisfy the service network development of the telecom operators.
