随着我国电信业的快速发展,传统的采购,库存物流配送模式的弊端正逐渐显现出来,库存金额大,资产沉淀严重,库存物资帐实不符等现象,已经制约企业发展。因此,第三方物流配送模式应运而生,文章试图探索物流配送模式在湖南电信的行业运用。

With the rapid development of China＇s telecom industry, the drawbacks of the traditional purchasing and inventory logistics distribution model have gradually appeared. The phenomena of large inventory amount, heavy sunk assets and the discrepancy of the funds on account with the real funds of the inventory materials have restrained the development of the enterprise. So, the third party logistics distribution model has emerged as required. This paper tries to search into the use of the logistics distribution model in Hu＇nan Teleeom.
