洛惠渠灌区现代引浑淤灌的发展及效益分析

Development and Benefit Analysis of Modern Muddy Water Irrigation in the Area of Luohui Drainage

洛惠渠前身西汉龙首渠是我国古代著名的引浑淤灌工程,本文利用文献资料和解放后洛惠渠灌区高含沙引水的档案资料以及实地考察资料,分析了现代洛惠渠引浑淤灌的发展特点、引浑淤灌在缓解缺水问题,分析利用洪水泥沙资源、增产增收等方面的经济效益和社会效益以及该灌区引浑淤灌现存的问题及发展前景。认为洛惠渠引浑淤灌丰富和发展了浑水利用方式,突破了技术难关,可为其它地区高含沙水源利用提供参考。

Luohui Drainage was called Longshou Drainage in the time of Han Dynasty, which is quite famous in ancient Chinese irrigation works. According to the practical experience and test data of muddy water irrigation in LuoHui Drainage area after 1949, this paper analyzes the features of the development of the morden irrigation and the problem of water shortage. It also discusses the economic efficiency and social benefits of muddy water irrigation. Forthermore, it focuses on the existent problems and the resolvent of muddy water irrigation. Finally, the paper indicates that the methods of muddy water irrigation have developed and made good use of flood sediment resources, and overcome the technique problem, which provide the reference for other places alike.
