摘要
高职院校实行学分制对教师和学生都有积极的意义,应在实践中通过配合导师制、内外部力量推动、规范教务管理系统、加强学生管理、优化师资队伍建设加强学分制管理,逐步完善学分制教学管理模式。
Credit system management mode in vocational college has positive significance for teachers and students. We should strengthen the construction of credit system with mentoring, internal and external forces, academic management system, students＇management and optimization of teachers in practice.
