摘要
目前,档案已成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一部分,它涉及人们生活中的方方面面,每个人从出生就有档案,生活中大到住房,小到家用电器都有档案,但是如何有效的利用档案,使其发挥内在的最大效用是摆在我们面前的重要课题。
At present, the file has become an indispensable part of people＇s daily life, and all aspects of life are involved in it. Everyone will have the file from the birth. In life, the large to housing, the small to household electrical appliances have to file. However, how to effectively use files to play their greatest effectiveness is an important subject ahead of us.
