摘要
对安徽淮北市大中型工业用户、蓄能用户及居民的用电负荷特性进行了调查分析,采用拟合曲线法,具体分析了分时电价政策对淮北市工业用户用电负荷、电量与电费的影响情况,提出了进一步实施分时电价政策的建议。
The survey and analysis was made for load characteristics of large-sized and medium-sized industrial users, energy storage users and residents in Anhui Huaibei City. Through using curve fitting method, the article analyzes the impact of TOU power policy on electricity load, energy consumptions and electricity fee of industrial users. Some suggestions are put forward to further implementing TOU price policy.
