蒸汽驱参数优化的正交数值试验(英文) 被引量:1

STUDY ON ORTHOGONAL NUMERICAL TEST OF INJECTION AND PRODUCTION PARAMETERS OPTIMIZATION IN STEAM FLOODING

摘要 蒸汽驱开采效果是注采参数综合作用的结果,其影响机制比较复杂.通过正交设计确定了注采参数的位级取值,利用正交表得到了少量的组合方案,并对方案进行了数值试验;综合考虑技术和经济因素,定义了蒸汽驱开采效果的评价指标,采用直观分析方法确定出最优的参数组合.数值试验表明,正交数值试验法得到的注采参数组合可达到最优的蒸汽驱开采效果.利用方差分析法得到注采参数的显著性排序,从大到小依次为:生产井井底流压>蒸汽干度>采注比>日注汽量>注汽温度>注汽压力.正交数值试验结果可为现场蒸汽驱注采参数的优化提供理论指导,具有实际意义. The result of steam flooding is the mingling effects of injection and production parameters, and the influence mechanism is quite complex. Determining the levels value of injection-production parameters and getting a few combined projects by orthogonal design, numerical tests of these projects were carried out. The evaluation indicator comprehensively considering technological and economic factors is defined to appraise steam flooding numeri- cal test. The numerical tests showed that the optimal combination of parameters determined by visual analysis method can achieve the optimal steam flooding effect. The significant order of parameters from variance analysis method is listed as following, flowing bottom hole pressure in production well 〉 steam injection quality 〉 production injection ratio〉 steam injection volume 〉 steam injection temperature 〉 steam injection pressure. The results of orthogonal numerical test can provide theory guidance for injection and production parameters optimization of steam flooding in field, and also has some practical significance.
