摘要
冷端优化是提高电厂经济性的主要因素,应予充分关注,冷端优化包括汽轮机排汽端选配及凝汽系统两部分。本文指出,应按加权排汽损失最小的原则选配汽轮机末级长叶片,使机组额定工况下为轴向排汽。对比超超临界600MW和660MW汽轮机两种选配的计算结果表明,其热耗的差异分别为0.96%和1.6%。汽轮机排汽端选配是冷端优化基本和关键的因素。
The attention should be paid to optimize the design of the cold-end system, including selection of turbine end and condensing system which is main factor to obtain the best profits for the steam turbine power station. The paper shows that the minimum weighted exhaust loss criterion shall be followed to select turbine last blade so that the exhaust flow is axial under turbine rated condition. The contrast between two kinds of turbine end for ultra supercritical 600MW and 660MW units indicates that the difference of heat rate is about 0. 96% and 1.6% respectively for different selected blade. Turbine end selection is a basic and key factor for design optimization of the cold-end system.
