中压切向涡流冷却的数值研究 被引量:6

摘要 热端的冷却保护是超超临界汽轮机安全可靠运行的关键技术,本文采用CFD数值计算软件对中压切向涡流冷却进行了详细的研究,分别对进口斜置导叶的通流和不同切向冷却孔下的涡流冷却通道内部流场进行了数值计算,着重分析了不同切向冷却孔下的转子冷却效果,计算发现收缩冷却孔的最大温差是缩放冷却孔的一倍。对于四个不同冷却通道的对比计算,发现收缩型为最优。 The cooling protection of hot end is the key techniques for ultra supercritical steam turbine to cool the hot components. In this paper, the CFD method is employed to acquire the flow field in the tangential direction cooling channel in the IP cylinder. Based on the above simulation results, the temperature difference between the minimum temperature near the rotor and that in the inlet is mainly based on the geometry sizes of the cooling channel. The temperature difference of the convergent channel is twice than that of divergent channel. Maximum temperature difference, flow rate and flow loss at four different cool channels are gained based on different back pressure. The convergent channel is found best.
