摘要
根据益阳电厂二期工程机组调试的实际情况,介绍了上海汽轮机厂生产的600MW汽轮机启动调试的过程、特点以及出现的问题现象和解决方法,分析了启动控制的性能,提出了此类机组启动调试前后应做的准备和调研,对大型汽轮机的启动调试具有一定的指导意义。
According to the commissioning situation of the turbine in the 2nd phase project of Yiyang Power Plant, the article describes the commissioning process, characteristics, problems and their solutions for a 600MW supercritical steam turbine made by Shanghai Turbine Plant（STP）, it also analyzes the performance of start-up control and proposes preparation and research before and after the commissioning of such units, which can be regarded as a good example for the commencement and commissioning of large-scale turbines.
