尼麦角林治疗老年期痴呆的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Nicergoline for Senile Dementia

目的探讨尼麦角林治疗老年期痴呆的疗效。方法将老年期痴呆患者81例按随机单盲法分成对照组41例,尼麦角林组40例。对照组给予尼莫地平片治疗;治疗组给予尼麦角林治疗。两组都根据病情需要给予抗血小板以及降压降糖等基本治疗。两组用药12周前后均进行认知障碍程度检查和痴呆度评分。以简易精神状态检查(MMSE)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)为症状改善评价指标。结果治疗组用药后MMSE评分从用药前的(17.75±3.52)提高到(21.82±4.13),P<0.0 l;对照组从(17.84±3.69)升高到(20.14±4.26),P<0.05。治疗组的改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组用药后ADL评分从用药前的(43.88±13.15)降低到(40.18±14.03),P<0.01;对照组从用药前(44.03±14.61)降低到(41.54±14.17),P<0.05。治疗组的改善效果亦明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论尼麦角林能改善老年期痴呆患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Nicergoline in the treatment of senile dementia. Methods 81 cases of senile dementia were divided into control group（41 cases） and treatment group（40 cases） by randomized single-blind method. The control group administered with Nimodipine tablets,while the treatment group with Nicergoline. According to the condition of patients, the basic treatment of antiplatelet and decreasing blood pressure and blood sugar were performed in both groups. On the 12th week of treatment, the degree of cognitive impairment and dementia inspection score were evaluated by mini-mental state ex- amination（MMSE） and activities of daily living scale（ADL） in both groups. Results After the administration,the MMSE score raised from 17.75± 3.52 to 2i. 82 ± 4.13 （ P 〈 0.01 ） in the treatment group, and from 17.84 ± 3.69 to 20.4± 4.26 in the con- trol group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The ADL score decreased from 43.88 ±13.15 to 40.18 ± 14.03 in the treatment group （P 〈 O. O1 ）, and from 44.03 ± 14.61 ） to 41.54 ± 14.17 ） in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effectiveness of the treatment group was also markedly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Nicergoline is safe and good for senile dementia in improving cognitive function and daily living skills of the patients.
