后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术24例报告

Efficacy of Retroperitoneoscopic Unroofing for Renal Cyst(A Report of 24 Cases)

目的探讨后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的方法和疗效。方法采用后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿24例。结果24例后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术均获成功,手术时间35～120 min,平均65 min,出血量30～80 ml,平均50 ml。无中转手术。术后肠道功能恢复时间(24±12)h,术后住院天数(7±2)d。病理报告均为肾囊肿。随访3～24个月未见复发。结论后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术疗效确切、安全、微创、术后恢复快,应成为肾囊肿治疗的首选术式。

Objective To explore the techniques and efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic unroofing in the treatment of renal cyst. Methods 24 cases patients with simple renal cyst underwent retroperitoneoscopic unroofing. Results The treatment were suc- cessful o all cases. The operative duration was 35 to 120 minutes（ mean 65 rain） ,and blood loss was 30 to 80 ml（ mean 50 ml）. None cases required conversion to open surgery. The postoperative intestinal functional recovery time was 12 to 36 h （mean 24 h） , and the postoperative hospital stay was 5 to 9 d （mean 7 d）. Pathology showed that 24 cases were simple renal cyst. During the follow-up of 3 to 24 months, no recurrence was found. Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic unroofing is characterized by micro- trauma, effective, safe, rapid post-operative rehabilitation, and it can replace conventional open surgery .
