摘要
目的探讨通过3种不同的手术方式治疗高血压脑出血,以期改善患者愈后及生存质量。方法分析我科近3年来73例通过3种不同手术方式治疗的高血压脑出血患者的临床资料。结果本组治疗73例不同类型高血压脑出血患者,术后病情继续加重并最终死亡22例,为30.1%;良好及中残51例,为70.9%。结论对于高血压脑出血患者,如果患者具有手术条件,则建议及早手术,疗效尚满意。
Objective To explore three operative methods for treating patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, so as to improve their survival rate and life quality. Methods The clinical date of 73 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients who un- dergone surgical treatment was analyzed. Results In 73 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,51 （ 70.9% ） were mod- erate disability,22（30.1% ） were dead. Conclusion According to the preoperatiove situation of hypertensive cerebral hemor- rhage patients ,we treated them with different surgical procedures. The effect of surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is satisfied.
