摘要
目的探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤患者术前术后的护理措施,预防和减少并发症的发生,正确判断及时处理并发症,提高疗效。方法对8例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后住院平均8 d,均治愈出院。结论对此类患者在围手术期分阶段评估危险状态,采取最佳护理方案,指导护理实践,可缩短术后恢复期,提高成功率,降低死亡率。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of patients with adrenal pheochromocytoma, and measures to determine and treat the complications correctly in hope to prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications. Methods The clinical data of 8 cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average time for postoperative hos- pital stay was 8 days. All patients were cured. Conclusion The risks of patients in every perioperative phases should be assessed. The best nursing care project will guide the nursing practice and can shorten the postoperative recovery period, improve the success rate and reduce the mortality rate.
