摘要
在高校英语教师专业化发展的背景下,本文通过实证研究,分析英语教师在知识结构、教学能力、专业发展以及工作态度和责任感等四个方面的现状,对其专业发展提出一些建议,为英语教师教育提供参考。
With the analysis of college English teachers in their knowledge, teaching, job development and attitude, the paper tries to offer some suggestions for the professional development and teacher education of college English teachers.
