摘要
依据《劳动合同法》对用人单位利益规定的必要性,深入剖析《劳动合同法》对用人单位利益的规定。它表现在用人单位制定劳动规章制度、服务期的规定、保密义务和竞业限制等方面,最后阐述法律对此问题的进一步规定,以此完善《劳动合同法》的内容。
This article deeply analyses the provisions to the employers' interests in the Labor Contract Law from the necessity of the definition to employers' interests, presenting the regulations of the employers on the labor, the service period, the responsibilities of keeping commercial secrets from others and the limits of employees on the choice of jobs. In this way, this article illustrates the further regulations on this issue, thus improving the contents of the Labor Contract Law.
