摘要
通过分析货运总流通成本与广义采购成本(出厂价+运费+机会成本)结构,建立关联市场间关联度模型和运输分配量对关联的运价和运达时间的交叉弹性分析模型与货主的运输决策模型;通过建立铁路往返服务产品的生产函数与成本函数,获得铁路运输的规模经济性与范围经济性及市场结构特征,结合实际研究一种典型的公路-铁路关联货运市场结构与市场效果评价。研究结果表明,解除对铁路运价的管制可提高铁路运输竞争力、社会福利和市场效率。
The degree of correlation between correlate markets, the cross elasticity of transport distribute to price & servicing time and the decision model of freighter were founded by analyzing the structure of total logistic cost and purchase cost in broad sense (cost + freightage + opportunitycost). The scale and scope economies and market structure of railway transportation were obtained based on the building of transform function and cost function applied in practice. The results show that deregulation can improve the degree of competition, then promote both social welfare and market efficiency.
