摘要
忽视组织内部信任氛围建设,员工与组织之间缺乏互信,导致其工作绩效得不到提高。文章首先分析如何建设组织的信任氛围,并在此基础上分析组织信任氛围对改善员工绩效的作用途径。
It' s a basic difficult problem that how to bring the passion and improve the performance of employee in the work. Although the organization encourages the employee from the work environment, work target, salary, bonus and ete , the effect is not very good. The main reason is that the organization neglects the building of the trust atmosphere. The reason of performance of employee is not very high that employee and organization are short of trust each other. The paper is from the erection of trust atmosphere in the organization to analyse how to erect the tust atmosphere. And then it analyses the action way that trust atmosphere improves the performance of employee.
