高校学生伤害事故的预防机制探讨

Discussion on the Prevention Mechanism of College Students' Injury Accidents

当前,高校学生伤害事故发生频繁,对学生、家属、学校,乃至全社会都造成了极大的影响。建立高校学生伤害事故的预防机制,对于防患于未然,将事故发生的可能性和破坏性降低到最低,切实保障学生基本权益,具有非常重要的现实意义。文章从法律责任的预防功能出发,在理论和实践上探讨预防机制的建立,从学校监管责任的全面履行和学生过错的避免两个方面提出建立学生伤害事故预防机制的有效办法,为学校预防学生伤害事故提供思路。

Nowadays, college students＇ injury. accidents happen frequently which not only brings great grief to the student, their families and college, but also takes great influence on the society. In order to take preventive measures, lower the possibility and destroy of accidents, it is very meaningful to establish prevention mechanism of college students＇ injury accidents. From the theoretical and practical perspective of the prevention mechanism of lawful liability, establishment of the prevention mechanism is discussed. Considering both the performance of the university＇ s responsibility for the custody and the avoidance of the student＇ s faults, effective measures to establish prevention mechanism of college students＇ injury accident are put forward. It is expected to provide some suggestions for the prevention of college students＇ injury accidents.
