摘要
在中国的现代化进程之中,建设社会主义新农村是一项重要的历史任务。只有通过建立完善的乡镇政府公共服务体制、创新乡镇政府管理模式、完善农民的参与机制、对乡镇财政体制进行改革等才能弥补和加强乡镇政府服务于新农村建设的应有功能。
It is an important historical task to construct new socialist countryside in the process of China＇s modernization. Only by constructing complete township public service system, innovating in new administration models, and reforming the township financial system the functions of township government＇s serving the construction of new countryside can be rectified and reinforced.
