摘要
采用11盐酸作溶解试剂的密闭加压溶样方法对催化裂化工业平衡催化剂进行前处理,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定沉积在催化剂上的微量金属Fe、Ni、Cu、Na、V、Sb的含量。本法具有简便、快速、准确等优点,用于测定催化剂中的微量金属,结果令人满意。重复测定结果的相对标准偏差<10%;回收率为100%±10%。
The equilibrium FCC catalyst was pretreated in a sealed pressure vessel with 1∶1 HCl as solvent. The metals, Fe, Ni, Cu, Na, V and Sb, deposited on the catalyst were dissolved in the solvent and determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. The proposed method is simple, rapid and accurate with satisfactory results. The relative deviation of the repeatability was less than 10%.
