摘要
自制半封闭管法临界性质测定装置,采用镓代替传统方法中的汞作为传递压力介质,实测了三种国产原油43个宽、窄直馏馏分油的临界温度和临界压力。同时测定了相应各馏分的馏程、密度、运动粘度和折射率等性质。在此基础上,探索用基团贡献法预测石油馏分的临界性质。研究结果表明,对实测数据,按六基团处理,用ndM-GP分层多目标规划模型确定基团数目,用Lyderson基团贡献法计算临界温度和临界压力的平均相对偏差分别为1.40%和6.55%,效果良好。
The critical properties of virgin petroleum fractions from three Chinese crude oils were measured by 'semi sealed tube' with gallium as pressure transfer medium instead of mercury. Some basic physical properties, boiling point range, density, kinetic viscosity and refractive index, were measured. The prediction of the critical properties of petroleum fractions with group contribution method was investigated, and the critical temperatures Tc and critical pressures Pc of 43 fractions were calculated. In comparison with the experimental data, the prediction values showed an average relative deviation of 1.40 % and 6.55% for Tc and Pc respectively.
