外加硅对REHY分子筛及其催化剂性能的影响 被引量:4

THE EFFECT OF ADDING EXTRA SILICON ON REHY ZEOLITE AND ITS CATALYTIC PROPERTIES

摘要 考察了外加硅源对REHY分子筛及其催化剂性能的影响。试验结果表明,在分子筛中外加适量的硅,可以提高其骨架的完整性,提高分子筛的结晶度,调变分子筛的酸强度分布。用该富硅分子筛作为活性组分制备的烃类裂化催化剂,具有活性高、积炭量低和较强的抗重金属污染能力。 The catalytic properties of silica rich zeolite prepared by adding extra silicon to REHY zeolite were investigated. The results showed that the incorporation of proper amount of silicon into REHY zeolite can improve the integrity of zeolite framework, enhance zeolite crystallinity and accommodate its surface acid strength distribution. The hydrocarbon cracking catalysts prepared by the silica rich REHY as an active component possessed high cracking activity, low coke formation and high metal tolerance.
