摘要
抚顺石油化工研究院开发的3824加氢裂化催化剂,1988年试用于荆门炼油化工总厂250kt/a中压加氢裂化取得较好结果。1990年2月正式用于茂名石油化工公司引进的800kt/a加氢裂化装置上,截至1994年10月第一个运转周期共加工2656kt原料,1993年9月又用于镇海炼油化工股份有限公司加氢裂化装置上,至今已加工原料260多万吨,催化剂提温速度≤0.023℃/d,几年来的工业应用结果表明,3824催化剂的活性、中间馏分油选择性、稳定性、氢耗、能耗等各项指标达到或超过了设计指标。此外,该剂生产工艺简单、成本较低。
hydrocracking catalyst for producing middle distillates had been made trials in a 250 kt/a middle pressure hydrocracking unit in Jinmen Refinery in 1988. In 1990, 3824 catalyst was formally used in 800 kt/a imported hydrocracking unit in Maoming Petrochemical Company. Up to April 1994, the catalyst had treated more than 2.6 Mt feedstocks in its first running cycle. In September 1993, it was used in the hydrocracking unit in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company and more than 2.5 Mt feedstocks had been treated, the reaction temperature step up rate was less than 0.023 ℃/d. The commercial application during these years demonstrated that the catalyst activity, middle distillate selectivity, stability, hydrogen consumption and energy consumption, etc., met or exceeded the design target. Moreover, the catalyst can be conveniently prepared with low cost.
