摘要
江苏宜兴市华达石油化工助剂厂生产的HOM型Sb/Sn双金属复合钝化剂在九江石油化工总厂炼油厂FCC装置上进行了工业试用。试验结果表明:当平衡催化剂Ni、V含量分别为9125μg/g及1673μg/g时,使用该钝化剂后,干气中H2含量约下降13.5%,H2/CH4降低约52%,并能维持平衡剂活性。使用该钝化剂一年可为九江石油化工总厂炼油厂增加效益382万元。
A Sb/Sn bimetallic passivator named HOM produced by Huada Petrochemical aids factory in Yixin, Jiangsu province was tested in the FCCU in the refinery of Jiujiang General Petrochemical Works. The deposited Ni and V on equilibrium catalyst were 9 125 μg/g and 1 673 μg/g respectively. The hydrogen content and hydrogen/methane ratio in dry gas were decreased by about 13.5% and 52% respectively after the passivator addition, and still maintained the catalyst activity. The increased profit for the factory was 3.82 million yuan per year.
