摘要
降凝剂MAOC是马来酸酐与混合α-烯烃的共聚物经高碳数脂肪醇酯化得到的产物。介绍了MAOC的合成和其链结构,讨论了合成时烯酐用量比、加剂量、使用温度、降温速度对降凝效果的影响。结合热处理加入0.5%~1.0%有效成分24%的MAOC可使大庆原油的凝点降低8~10℃,加入1.0%有效成分24%的MAOC可使鞍山20号重柴油的凝点由16℃降低到3℃。
The pour point depressant, MAOC, is a maleic anhydride/mixed alpha olefins copolymer esterified by successively reacting with octadecanol 1. Adding 0.5 to 1.0 wt% of MAOC ,which effective component is 24%, to Daqing crude oil combined with heat treating resulted a pour point depression of 8 to 10 ℃. Adding 1.0% of MAOC to a heavy diesel oil, Anshan 20#, resulted a pour point depression of 13 ℃. The synthesis of MAOC and its chain structure are introduced. The effects of operating variables such as the usage of anhydride/olefins, temperature and temperature decrease rate are discussed.
