摘要
舰用设备的抗冲击能力关系到舰船生命力,是舰船抗冲击研究的重点。文中对动态设计分析方法(DDAM)进行详细介绍,采用DDAM对某舰用增压锅炉进行抗冲击分析,计及增压锅炉不同工作状态下内压变化对冲击响应的影响,计算结果得到了增压锅炉的抗冲击特性,表明工作状态使设备抗冲击能力降低,但DDAM分析工作应力对冲击响应的影响比较保守。本文旨在对舰用设备抗冲击分析设计提供参考。
The shock resistance of ship equipment affects the warship vitality, which is also a focal point of anti-shock research. The Dynamic Design Analysis Method(DDAM) is detailed researched, which is one of shock-resistance methods of onboard equipment. According to the National Military Standard, the marine supercharged boiler is computed and analyzed with DDAM, considering the various work conditions. The results show its shock strength decreases for the existence of work conditions, and the structural response rules are also concluded. However, the method used in DDAM is conservative to assess the effect of work stress on resistance strength. This paper aims to present reference for the anti-shock design of onboard equipments.
