摘要 在研究图像处理算法的基础上,通过使用自适应二值化方法和欧氏距离变换解决钢材图像中的粘连和孔洞问题,以TI公司的DSP芯片(TMS320DM642)为硬件开发平台,以Code Com-poser Studio为软件开发环境,通过硬件设计和软件编程实现了钢材的实时自动记数,系统采用了DSP作为处理器,使该系统成为便携的嵌入式实时系统。 Based on the image processing technique,We use self-adapted binary method and EULER distance transformation to solve overlapping and conglutination between steels.Using TI's DSP microprocessor (TMS320DM642) and Code Composer Stuido software development environment,this system can count the line steels automaticly. This system uses the digital signal processing as microprocessor,so it's a portable embedded real-time system.
