摘要 对以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为基础树脂,聚酰胺(PA)为阻隔性材料的阻隔性专用料相容剂和配方的选择及加工工艺进行探讨,并考察了用专用料加工的3.5L塑料容器的各项性能。结果表明,该专用料的力学性能优良,各项指标均达到GB13508-92的标准,对二甲苯的阻渗性比纯HDPE5300B树脂有较大提高。 High density polyethylene ( HDPE) is used as the base resin and polyamide ( PA ) is usedas the penetration resistant resin .The selection of compatibilizers , formulations and processes were discussed . The processability , mechanics property and xylene penetration resistance of 3.5L plastic vessels made of above resins were investigated .The conclusion was drawn that the mechanics property of the penetration resistant resin was good, the all properties of 3.5L plastic vessel made of such resin met Code of GB13508-92 and such resin is much better than pure HDPE 3500B on penetration resistance to xylene.
