油管内外壁同步清洗装置的研究

Research on the Equipment for Oil Pipes Inner and Outer Surfaces Cleaning

对油田油管的清洗一直沿用清洗剂沸煮工艺。这一工艺存在投资大、耗能高、劳动条件恶劣、环境污染严重等问题。现改用高压射流技术对油管内外壁进行同步清洗试验，取得良好效果。在７０ＭＰａ压力下，可清除管内的全部垢层，除去管外的油漆印字和螺纹上的积垢，露出金属本色。现文结合油田实用要求，论述了新近开发的油管内外壁同步清洗装置，并针对油田量大面广的典型的６２ｍｍ（相当于２．５英寸）油管，以内外壁２个高压旋转喷头的射流作用，成功地实施了油管无污染的水清洗新工艺。

Abstract Test cleaning with high pressure water jet is done by the authors,and the result is very satisfactory.Under 70 MPa pressure,all inner surface stain,outer surface paints and dirt accumulated on the screw are removed and the steel base is visible.Combining with the demands of oil fields,newly developed equipment for the cleaning of inner and outer surfaces of oil pipes is described.
