摘要
对锥齿轮传动转子-轴承系统的纵弯扭耦合振动进行了研究。主要讨论了外载荷对轴承特性的影响,结果显示在转速较低时,传递扭矩对轴承的刚度和阻尼系数影响较大,在转速较高时其影响较小;此外,还分析了刚性支承下系统的临界转速及其模态。
The coupled axial lateral and torsional vibration of a bevel geared rotor-bearing system is analyzed in this paper. Firstly, the effects of the external loads on dynamic characteristics of journal bearings are discussed, and the results show that the influence of the stiffness and damping coefficients of bearings is big for lower rotating speed and small for high speed. Finally, the critical speeds of the bevel-geared rotor system on simple supports are also analyzed.
