修井机液压辅助强拔装置的研制

Development of the Hydraulic Pulling Device Aid Workover Rig

针对油田产能井在生产过程中发生蜡卡、砂卡，单靠普通修井机大钩载荷能力不能将油管柱从井下起出，无法继续进行修井作业的情况，研制了修井机辅助强拔装置。该装置采用液压传动及控制方式，由执行部分和控制部分组成，文中介绍了主要部件的结构特点及工作原理。试验结果表明，修井机辅助强拔装置拔升力达３００ｋＮ以上，与修井机配套工作时，拔升力可达６００ｋＮ，足可以满足现场使用需要。

Abstract The hydraulic pulling device to aid the workover rig to pull the tubing string consists of the executive body and control part.It is a simple hydraulic system.The mainly parts and working principle are introduced.The experiment and application shown that the device can pull 300 kN.If it united the workover rig,they can pull 600 kN above,and meet the application.
