Study and Application of Water-Based Anti-Corrosion Metallic Coating

介绍了以氧化铁红、磷酸锌和氧化锌等为主要防锈颜料,聚合物乳液为基料的综合性能优秀的水性金属防腐涂料的制备,分析了影响涂料性能的因素,并与溶剂型防腐涂料进行了性能的比较。该涂料生产工艺简洁,防腐效果优异,无毒低气味,应用前景广阔。

Preparation of water-based anti-corrosion metallic coating of excellent comprehensive properties based on iron oxide red, zinc oxide and zinc phosphate as main anti-rust pigments and polymer-based emulsion as matrix was introduced, factors influencing coating performance were analysed and comparisons were made with solvent-based anti-corrosion coating. This water-based coating made a feature of simple production technology, excellent corrosion resistance, non-toxicity and low-odor cherishing a broad prospect for application.
