摘要
通过预处理工艺,可有效控制冷摆碾模具钢的晶粒度,改善碳化物分布状况,为终处理做组织上的准备,有利于模具强韧性及使用寿命的提高。
After pre-heat-treatment process, the grain-size of the dies of Cold Rotary Forging can be effectively controlled, and the distribution of corbide can be well improved. The pre-heat-treatment process gets the structure ready for the last-heat-treatment, gets the high strength and toughness of the dies, and is benefical to the service life of the dies of Cold Rotary Forging.
