摘要
ＧＲＭ复合材料太阳能热水器外壳是以镁质胶凝材料为主料，加入改性剂和增强纤维，复合不同的保温材料制成。本文详细介绍了原材料的选取、硬化反应机理、生产工艺过程及其性能指标，并对该产品进行了长期使用效果考察，预测了其开发应用前景。
GRM compound material crust of solar water heater is made from magnesia cement used as major raw material and added modifier,reinforcing fibreglass and compounded different insulation materials. The article introduces the selection of raw materials,the curing mechanism, the technological process and performance indexes. By a long-term study and observation to practice application,it predicts the developing of application in the future.
