通过实地调查研究，系统分析了闽西回龙区域经济发展的有利条件，限制性因素，提出了进一步开发利用资源，保护农村生态环境的主要对策。

This report fully analysed the advantage conditions of HueiLong regional economy development and limited factores, then put forthe the main countermeasures of exploiting and utilizing the resources, and protecting the ecological environment of countryside.
