摘要
油的粘性较大,汽车在行驶过程中加速度的变化幅度也很大,在现有的试验手段中,对油箱内传感器受到的冲击力大小很难测定。通过CFD仿真的方法和有限元分析相结合,以流体计算软件计算出传感器受到的压力,分析油箱晃动对传感器产生了怎样的影响;并作为边界条件,计算材料强度是否符合要求,燃油的晃动是否会对传感器造成破坏。
The viscosity of fuel is generally larger than water,the rate of acceleration change is high when vehicles on moving. Therefore,it is hard by current test methods to measure the pressure that the sensor is impacted. By the combination of CFD and FEM,an analysis method is proposed for evaluating the strength of the sensor. The pressure within the fuel tank is calculated through the CFD method, and then the result is taken as the boundary condition in FEM for solving the strength problem of the sensor. Finaly,we can have an estimate whether fuel sloshing in the tank will damage the sensor.
