摘要 针对从低品位辉钼矿中回收钼的新工艺进行了研究。辉钼矿未经焙烧,在碱性条件下,用氧气氧化法将辉钼矿中的二硫化钼转化为钼酸钠,滤液经酸化、萃取,得到金属钼。考察了反应时间、反应压力、反应温度、氢氧化钠浓度及搅拌转速等因素对钼浸出率的影响规律。试验结果表明,在反应压力2.0 MPa,反应温度180℃,氢氧化钠浓度75 g/L,搅拌转速450 r/min,矿浆液固比4.5∶1条件下,反应4 h,钼的浸出率可以达到99%以上。 The new process for recovering molybdenum from low grade molybdenite ore was investigated. Unroasted molybdenite ore was oxidized by oxygen under alkaline conditions and the molybdenum disulfide in the ore was converted to sodium molybdate. Metal molybdenum was gained by acidification and extraction of the filtrate. The effect on the leaching rate of molybdenum of the factors was studied, such as reaction time, pressure and temperature, sodium hydroxide concentration and agitation speed. The results show that under a reaction pressure of 2.0 MPa, reaction temperature of 180℃ , the sodium hydroxide concentration of 75 g/L, agitation speed of 450 r/min, reaction time of 4 h, liquid-to-solid ratio of 4.5:1 ,the leaching rate of molybdenum can be over 99%.
