介绍裕丰磁选柱结构、分选原理、应用效益类型、工业应用及其在精选低品位磁选精矿、分选超贫磁铁矿矿石及从磁选尾矿中回收磁铁矿精矿中的高效精选作用;系统介绍了采用常规磁选及裕丰磁选柱精选某矿业公司承德二矿细筛筛下产物、朝阳某矿业公司3种超贫磁铁矿原矿及朝鲜某磁铁矿石磁选尾矿的选矿试验结果,突出反映了"裕丰磁选柱"高效分出矿泥、单体脉石和连生体,特别是高效分出贫连生体,获得高品位磁铁矿精矿的效果。
The paper presents Yufeng magnetic separation column from its structure, separation principles, application benefits, industrial application and its efficient performance in the cleaning of low grade magnetic separation concentrates, the separation of extremely lean magnetic ores and the recovery of magnetic concentrate from tailings of magnetic separation, makes a systematic description of its test results in the cleaning of the undersize product of fine screening at Chengde No. 2 Mine, the separation of three kinds of extremely lean run-of-mine ores of a mining company in Zhaoyang, and the treatment of magnetic separation tailings of a Korean magnetite ore, which well reflect its efficient separation of slime, liberated gangue and intergrowth, especially the lean intergrowth particles, gaining high grade concentrate of magnetic separation.
