摘要
将振动理论与数控技术相结合,提出了一种活塞曲面加工的新方法,并且开发了一种实用的活塞加工机床.实验结果表明:该机床具有高效率、高精度和高柔性的特点.
A new method for machining the curved surface of piston is presented. Using the vibration technology and the special CNC, a practical machining tool for machining piston is developed. The result of testing and experiment has proved that the system has high efficiency, high precision and a certain flexibility.
