摘要
矿井防尘供水管网是一个工程造价高、组成复杂的系统,采用传统经验方法设计管网,无法保证防尘管网设计的全局优化,为解决矿井防尘供水管网优化设计问题,满足综合防尘设备的水量、水压要求,建立了防尘管网优化设计数学模型,并应用改进遗传算法求解模型。改进遗传算法使用整数编码技术,采取精英选择和自适应策略,有效地解决了简单遗传算法全局优化速度较慢和早熟问题,最后以开滦集团钱家营矿管网系统为例,验证了改进遗传算法设计方案经济费用和水力性能优于传统经验设计方法。
To realize an optimal design of water supply network for dust-proofing in mine so as to satisfy the requirements on the water flowrate and pressure of the facilities for comprehensive dust-proofing, a mathematic model for optimizing the design of the water supply network for dust-proofing is established, and an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) is used to solve the model. In the ease of the network system of Qianjiaying Mine, Kailuan Group, the economic cost and hydraulic performance in the design scheme made by the improved IGA algorithm are better than those by traditional empirical method (TEM).
