摘要
采用各向异性k-ε湍流模型及SIMPLE算法对转动式油水分离水力旋流器内部单相流场进行了数值计算.计算结果表明:转动式水力旋流器外壳的旋转不仅可以提高流体的切向速度,还可降低流体的湍流粘度.理论预测的压力降与实测值吻合较好.
The flowfield in the rotary hydrocyclone was calculated numerically based on the k ε model modified for anisotropy and SIMPLE algorithm. The calculations show that the tangential velocity of fluid at any point in hydrocyclone can be raised by rotation of the body of hydrocyclone, at the same time, turbulent viscosities can be reduced.
