摘要
针对低温过程系统的优化综合,结合夹点分析方法和有效能分析原理,采用过程有效能总组合曲线为优化工具,以冷冻系统的轴功节省为目标,提出了低温过程系统优化综合的轴功目标法;
The paper combines the principles of pinch analysis with the exergy analysis concepts using the exergy grand composite curve as the synthesis tool, considers shaftwork saving as the target of optimization and presents the shaftwork target method for the optimization and synthesis of low temperature process systems. The procedure is demonstrated using a practical example of the low temperature process system of an ethylene plant.
