摘要
通过将掠形叶片沿径向分为N个叶元体,推导了第k叶元体与气流相互作用诱发的叶元体尾缘涡流噪声模型与轴流风机的涡流脱落声学模型,通过实验验证了理论模型的正确性,并分析了叶轮结构参数与涡流脱落噪声的关系.
The axial fans with skewed blades widely used in engineering practices are studied, and during the study, the blade is divided into N elementary sections in radial direction. The vortex shedding noise model for the fan and the model for the blade tail-edge vortex noise induced by the interaction between the air flow and the k th section have been developed. The correctness of the models is verified by experimental results. The relationship between the structural parameters of the blade and the vortex shedding noise is discussed. The axial fan of low noise can be designed and optimized using the results obtained.
