摘要
根据FMS生产计划、工件加工工艺以及FMS资源等情况提出了一个零件分批模型和分批优化算法.根据零件加工时间、系统托盘数及零件批量等对所加工任务进行分批预处理,在交货期等约束条件下以各机床的加工时间分配均衡为目标,采用逐次搜索剩余零件空间的方法找出最合适的零件分批组合.仿真结果表明算法是有效的.
A batching model for parts and an optimal algorithm for batching are developed based on the production plan, the process and the situation of every resource in FMS. The production task is pre-arranged according to the machining time, the number of pallets and the number of batch of parts, and then the best suitable combination of part batching is found with the objective of balanced machining time and under the constraint of the date of delivery using the method of successive searching of the space of every remaining parts. The method ensures the optimal dynamic production scheduling, and provides a new mode of combining the static production plan with dynamic scheduling. Simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible.
