摘要
通过研究激光切割焦点位置控制系统的结构模型,确定了控制系统必须满足的性能指标,进而提出PID的控制方案,使系统获得较好的动静态特性.实验证明:运用这种控制方案,系统对斜坡工件和起伏工件的跟踪均能满足要求.
After studying the structure model for a beam focus position control system for laser cutting, the performance indexed ought to be met by the system are specified. They are: 1) Regulators that must be in corporated in the controller; 2) The phase angle margin of the system; 3) The cut-off frequency of the system. A PID control scheme is proposed, which will give the system fairly good dynamic and static performances. The control system is tested, and satisfactory slanting and fluctuating objects are achieved.
