摘要
提出了一种基于信息模型的“磨削过程卡”控制策略,介绍了它在精密长丝杠磨削过程控制方面的应用原理,介绍了误差测量系统的原理与实现,并就利用神经网络对传感器信息进行融合,以实现对丝杠磨削过程的预报控制的方法进行了研究与探讨.
A control strategy with technological process chart for grinding purpose based on information model is proposed. Working principle of the strategy in the grinding of a long precision leadscrew is described. The principle and realization of the error measuring system are also described, and the fusion method for the sensor information by means of artificial neural network, so as to realize the prediction of grinding process control is investigated.
