摘要
伴随着学生结构的多元化日益加强和多元文化教育模式的不断发展,美国采取多种措施以提高教师队伍的多元文化教育素质。具体内容包括美国教师角色的转变、少数族裔教师队伍建设、以多元文化为导向的教师培养与培训等。这些措施在取得一定成效的同时,也暴露了自身存在的问题与不足。
Due to the strengthened multiplication of students＂ structure and the unceasing development of multicultural education,America takes a great many measures to enhance teachers＂ multicultural education qualifications, which include role transformation,development of the ethnic teachers,multicultural-oriented teachers＇ cultivation and training. All these measures have made some effect, but at the same time, they have shown their shortages and problems.
