摘要
国外对教师焦虑的研究已有近50年的历史,主要集中于教师焦虑的概念、来源、影响和干预策略四个方面。随着时间的推移,各方面研究不断深入和细化,并得出了一些重要的结论。但是,在教师焦虑的概念界定、研究对象选取、研究维度选择、干预策略实证和研究方法等方面还存在问题。国外学者对教师焦虑的既有研究模式和结论值得我们借鉴和参考,其不足之处也为我们将来的研究指明了方向。
It has been nearly fifty years for foreign studies of "teacher anxiety". They are mainly concentrated on the four aspects as follows: its concept,source,influence and intervention strategies. With the advance of time,the research of teacher anxiety has continuously been deepened and detailed. We have got plenty of important conclusions,but there are also some loopholes to fill,such as the definition of the concept of teacher anxiety,the choosing of researching object, the choosing of researching dimension, the empirical research of the intervention strategies and researching methods, etc.. The foreign research models and conclusions can provide some reference for our research, while their limitations also indicate the direction of our future study.
